Investigating - Due to some technical issues with our core processor, some customers may be experiencing challenges with debit card activation, the CardValet app, and some cards defaulting to limits of $100 for ATM transactions and $500 for point of sale transactions. We are working to resolve this ASAP and hope to have updates for you soon.

Identified - We have identified a small formatting issue within our personal online banking platform. Apostrophes in these verification questions you may need to answer are not displaying correctly. For example, with a question like "What is your father's middle name?", the text is displaying incorrectly as "What is your “father&39;s” middle name.

Please note that this is just a small glitch and that our online banking has not been hacked in any way. You can still securely login as normal and access your accounts. We are working to resolve the issue and will let you know when it is fixed. Thank you.
